Outdoor training? Indoor fitness?
Outdoor training, as the name suggests, takes the typical gym workouts outdoors. In fact, outdoor training has been popular around the world for many years. Why? Compared to traditional gym training, outdoor training has the following advantages:

1) Money: The most straightforward reason is that gyms rely on two types of income: customer monthly fees and coach fees. So it's not hard to understand why hiring a personal trainer is so expensive, because a portion goes to the gym. Freelance personal trainers are usually cheaper, but when you factor in gym fees, sometimes it doesn’t end up being much cheaper at all. (Moreover, sometimes the trainers don't even have a membership, so...)
2) Balanced muscle development: Unlike gyms that have equipment training, most outdoor fitness involves bodyweight training. Sometimes simple equipment, such as park pull-up bars and parallel bars, will be used, but it’s mostly based on bodyweight or self-resistance training methods. What’s special about this? The answer is comprehensive muscle training. Most movements (for example, simple push-ups and pull-ups) require multiple muscle groups, so they can more effectively develop muscle and definition. (Examples? Ancient Greek statues are a model)
3) Health: The biggest difference between outdoor and indoor, of course, is being outdoors versus indoors. This may sound like a cliché, but it is a hard fact. Indoors lacks sunlight and trees, meaning there's less absorption of vitamin D and fresh air. Of course, lack of outdoor exercise generally isn't a problem for normal people, because even if you stay indoors, there are always chances to be exposed to the outdoors. However, I believe you agree that friends who engage in outdoor activities are generally healthier and happier than those who often hide indoors.
